With the victory, Wasatch Academy advances its record to 16-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Intermountain Christian (Salt Lake City, UT) to meet the Lions in a 2A Region 16 battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 3-11. Intermountain Christian lost 83-39 in their recent league battle against Rockwell (Eagle Mountain, UT)
The Lions now own a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Mary's Ryken for a Washington Catholic battle on Friday, January 24. Archbishop Carroll will meet a Knights squad coming off a 72-53 league loss to Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD). The Knights record now stands at 5-14.
