California High School Basketball - Branson defeats Piedmont
January 20, 2025: Piedmont, CA 94611 The Branson Bulls (Ross, CA) basketball were winner over the host Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA), 73-64 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Bulls now possess a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Tamalpais for a Marin County bout on Tuesday, January 21. Branson will play a Red Tailed Hawks team coming off a 48-41 league win over Novato (Novato, CA). The Red Tailed Hawks record now stands at 4-12.
With the loss, Piedmont falls to 9-8 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Alameda (Alameda, CA) to play the Hornets in a West Alameda County - Foothill bout on Thursday, January 23. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 12-6. Alameda lost 63-61 in their recent non-league bout against Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA)
