Washington High School Basketball - Castle Rock fells Ilwaco
January 20, 2025: Castle Rock, WA 98611 The Castle Rock Rockets basketball team scored 41 points and limited the visiting Ilwaco Fishermen to 32 in the Rockets non-league triumph on Monday.
The Rockets now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to King's Way Christian for a 1A Trico game on Wednesday, January 22. Castle Rock will confront a Knights team coming off a 69-58 league win over Columbia (White Salmon, WA). The Knights record now stands at 9-5.
With the loss, Ilwaco falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Fishermen travel to Forks (Forks, WA) to confront the Spartans in a 2B Pacific game on Wednesday, January 22. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 14-2. Forks won 84-23 in their recent league game against Chief Leschi (Puyallup, WA)
