California High School Basketball - Diamond Bar toppled by Fairmont Prep
January 20, 2025: Anaheim, CA 92801 Fairmont Prep Huskies (Anaheim, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Diamond Bar Brahmas (Diamond Bar, CA), 74-61 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Fairmont Prep upgrades its record to 13-8 on the year. The Huskies host Western Christian (Upland, CA) to face the Fighting Lancers in a San Joaquin match on Thursday, January 23. The Fighting Lancers enter the match with a record of 8-16. Western Christian lost 76-33 in their recent league match against San Gabriel Academy (San Gabriel, CA)
The Brahmas now sport a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bonita for a Palomares match on Tuesday, January 21. Diamond Bar will face a Bearcats squad coming off a 66-62 league loss to Ayala (Chino Hills, CA). The Bearcats record now stands at 10-11.
