California High School Basketball - Dominguez crushes Garfield
January 20, 2025: Compton, CA 90221 The Dominguez Dons (Compton, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA), 55-34 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Dons now possess a 11-9 record. They play next when they host Mayfair for a Gateway bout on Friday, January 24. Dominguez will play a Monsoons team coming off a 91-64 league win over Lynwood (Lynwood, CA). The Monsoons record now stands at 18-5.
With the loss, Garfield falls to 13-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Rough Riders in a Eastern bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Rough Riders go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Roosevelt won 80-38 in their recent non-league bout against Middle College (Los Angeles, CA)
