With the victory, Hillcrest upgrades its record to 11-7 on the year. The Hawks host Tinley Park (Tinley Park, IL) to face the Titans in a South Suburban match on Friday, January 24. The Titans enter the match with a record of 9-9. Tinley Park won 65-62 in their recent league match against Shepard (Palos Heights, IL)
The Lions now sport a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Peoria Notre Dame for a Big Twelve match on Thursday, January 23. Peoria will face a Irish squad coming off a 51-48 non-league win over Bloomington Central Catholic (Bloomington, IL). The Irish record now stands at 7-14.
