Maine High School Basketball - Traip knocks off Winthrop

The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Traip Rangers (Kittery, ME) and the host Winthrop Ramblers (Winthrop, ME), observed Traip's basketball team overcome Winthrop by a margin of 53-42.

In their next game, the Ramblers battle the Richmond Bobcats (Richmond, ME) in a C South challenge, on Wednesday, January 22. Winthrop will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 57-45 non-league win over Islesboro Central (Islesboro, ME).
