The Eastside Lions basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Grant Lancers to 55 in the Lions non-league triumph on Monday.

The Lions now have a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lancaster for a game on Wednesday, January 22. Eastside will confront a Eagles team coming off a 61-25 league win over Palmdale (Palmdale, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Grant falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA) to confront the Huskies in a game on Wednesday, January 29. The Huskies go into the game with a record of 3-3.
