California High School Basketball - Grant knocks off Agoura

January 20, 2025: Van Nuys, CA 91401

The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA) and the visiting Agoura Chargers (Agoura, CA), observed Grant's basketball team overcome Agoura by a margin of 36-18.

The Lancers (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Poly (Sun Valley, CA). The Parrots come into the East Valley challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Poly dropped by Arleta (Arleta, CA), 60-33, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Chargers battle the Newbury Park Panthers (Newbury Park, CA) in a Marmonte challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Agoura will attempt to better on its 10-10 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 13-9 record after their 72-48 non-league loss to Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA).
