Maine High School Basketball - Mt. Ararat bests Edward Little
January 20, 2025: Auburn, ME 04210 The Mt. Ararat Eagles (Topsham, ME) basketball toppled the host Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME), 61-51 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Westbrook for a A South bout on Friday, January 24. Mt. Ararat will play a Blue Blazes team coming off a 57-43 league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, ME). The Blue Blazes record now stands at 9-8.
With the loss, Edward Little falls to 9-4 on the campaign. The Red eddies host Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME) to play the Vikings in a AA North bout on Friday, January 24. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 12-2. Oxford Hills won 44-37 in their recent league bout against Windham (Windham, ME)
