January 20, 2025: Mashpee, MA 02649 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Monomoy Sharks (Harwich, MA) and the host Mashpee Falcons (Mashpee, MA), observed Monomoy's basketball team overwhelm Mashpee by a score of 67-39.
The Sharks (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Dennis-Yarmouth Regional (South Yarmouth, MA). The Dolphins come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Dennis-Yarmouth Regional was routed by Barnstable (Hyannis, MA), 46-32, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the East Bridgewater Vikings (East Bridgewater, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Mashpee will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
