Massachusetts High School Basketball - Medway holds off Ashland
January 21, 2022: Medway, MA 02053 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Medway Mustangs (Medway, MA) and the visiting Ashland Clockers (Ashland, MA), saw Medway's basketball squad hold off Ashland by a tally of 48-43.
With the victory, Medway improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Wayland (Wayland, MA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 24. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Wayland lost 55-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Newton South (Newton, MA)
Next up, the Clockers confront the Dover-Sherborn Raiders (Dover, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 25. Ashland will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 59-51 non-league win over Westwood (Westwood, MA).
