The Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Bulldogs basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms to 52 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 25. Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton will battle a Panthers team coming off a 67-60 non-league win over Randolph (Randolph, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 6-6.

The Awesome Blossoms (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hayfield (Hayfield, MN). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 13-1 record. In their last contest, Hayfield triumphed over Maple River (Mapleton, MN), 40-37, in a non-league contest.
