South Ridge Panthers (Culver, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cook County Vikings (Grand Marais, MN), 92-41 in a league bout.

With the win, South Ridge upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Panthers host Greenway (Coleraine, MN) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Monday, January 24. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Greenway lost 82-46 in their recent non-league bout against Northland (Remer, MN)

Next up, the Vikings play the Mesabi East Giants (Aurora, MN) in a AA Section 7 bout, on Tuesday, January 25. Cook County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record.
