Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Northside Christian Academy Knights (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting South Charlotte Thunder Thunder (Matthews, NC), saw Northside Christian Academy's basketball squad overcome South Charlotte Thunder by a tally of 71-53.

With the victory, Northside Christian Academy improves its record to 15-7 on the campaign. The Knights host Gaston Christian (Gastonia, NC) to confront the Eagles in a NCISAA Metrolina challenge on Tuesday, January 25. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 9-9. Gaston Christian won 64-56 in their recent league challenge against SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC)
