Massachusetts High School Basketball - Worcester Academy tops Phillips Academy
January 21, 2022: Worcester, MA 01604 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Worcester Academy Hilltoppers (Worcester, MA) and the visiting Phillips Academy Big Blues (Andover, MA), saw Worcester Academy's basketball squad knock off Phillips Academy by a count of 61-52.
With the victory, Worcester Academy upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers travel to Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA) to play the Titans in a NEPSAC Freelance challenge on Friday, January 21. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Wilbraham & Monson Academy won 81-65 in their recent league challenge against Worcester Academy (Worcester, MA)
Next up, the Big Blues play the Milton Academy Mustangs (Milton, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 26. Phillips Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 53-47 non-league win over Berkshire School (Sheffield, MA).
