January 21, 2023: Downers Grove, IL 60515 The Downers Grove North Trojans (Downers Grove, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Bolingbrook Raiders (Bolingbrook, IL), 48-38 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Trojans (13-2) will now prepare for their test against Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL). The Huskies go into the West Suburban - Silver test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Oak Park-River Forest went down by Farragut (Chicago, IL), 64-61, in a non-league test.
The Raiders now own a 16-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lockport for a SouthWest Suburban - Blue test on Tuesday, January 24. Bolingbrook will encounter a Porters squad coming off a 51-48 non-league win over Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL). The Porters record now stands at 14-7.
