January 21, 2023: Turner, OR 97392 The La Grande Tigers basketball team (La Grande, OR), was overwhelmed 71-42 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Cascade Cougars (Turner, OR)
The Cougars now possess a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stayton for a 4A Oregon West battle on Tuesday, January 24. Cascade will battle a Eagles team coming off a 64-56 league loss to North Marion (Aurora, OR). The Eagles record now stands at 11-3.
The Tigers (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Baker (Baker City, OR). The Bulldogs come into the 4A Greater Oregon battle with a 13-4 record.
