New Jersey High School Basketball - Montgomery fells Cranford
January 21, 2023: Skillman, NJ 08559 Montgomery Cougars (Skillman, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Cranford Cougars (Cranford, NJ), 71-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Montgomery upgrades its record to 5-11 on the season. The Cougars travel to Ridge (Basking Ridge, NJ) to play the Red Devil in a Skyland - Raritan bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Red Devil go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Ridge won 68-30 in their recent non-league bout against North Brunswick (North Brunswick, NJ)
Next up, the Cougars play the Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) in a Union County bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Cranford will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 53-39 non-league win over New Providence (New Providence, NJ).
