January 21, 2023: Chillicothe, OH 45601 The Southeastern Panthers basketball team (Chillicothe, OH), was overwhelmed 73-31 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Fairfield Lions (Leesburg, OH)
The Lions now possess a 15-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fayetteville-Perry for a Southern Hills battle on Tuesday, January 24. Fairfield will confront a Rockets team coming off a 50-47 league loss to Whiteoak (Mowrystown, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 13-3.
The Panthers (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Piketon (Piketon, OH). The Redstreaks come into the Scioto Valley battle with a 5-9 record. In their last battle, Piketon was overwhelmed by Unioto (Chillicothe, OH), 65-55, in a league battle.
