California High School Basketball - Hesperia tops Liberty
January 21, 2023: Hesperia, CA 92345 Hesperia Scorpions (Hesperia, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Liberty Bison (Winchester, CA), 71-58 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Hesperia upgrades its record to 15-8 on the campaign. The Scorpions travel to Serrano (Phelan, CA) to play the Diamondbacks in a Mojave River bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Diamondbacks come into the bout with a record of 3-14.
Next up, the Bison play the Citrus Hill Hawks (Perris, CA) in a Mountain Pass bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 15-3 season record. The Hawks come into the bout with a 3-19 record after their 68-46 non-league loss to Rancho Mirage (Rancho Mirage, CA).
