The Jackson-Reed Tigers basketball team (Washington, DC), was toppled 64-50 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Mount St. Joseph Gaels (Baltimore, MD)

The Gaels now possess a 22-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Loyola Blakefield for a non-league battle on Monday, January 23.

The Tigers (20-6) will now prepare for their battle against Roosevelt (Washington, DC). The Roughriders come into the DCSAA AA battle with a 19-1 record. In their last battle, Roosevelt beat School Without Walls (Washington, DC), 73-50, in a league battle.
