January 21, 2023: Rochelle, IL 61068 The Streator Bulldogs (Streator, IL) basketball nipped the host Rochelle Hubs (Rochelle, IL), 75-69 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (12-9) will now prepare for their test against Wilmington (Wilmington, IL). The Wildcats go into the Illinois Central 8 test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Wilmington was tipped by Westmont (Westmont, IL), 65-56, in a non-league test.
The Hubs now own a 6-13 record. They play next when they host Rock Falls for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24. Rochelle will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 80-39 non-league loss to Freeport (Freeport, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 10-12.
