January 21, 2023: Saginaw, MI 48601 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Saginaw Trojans (Saginaw, MI) basketball squad beat the visiting Romulus Eagles (Romulus, MI), by a margin of 79-66.
The Trojans (12-2) will now prepare for their outing against Heritage (Saginaw, MI). The Hawks go into the Saginaw Valley outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Heritage was topped by Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI), 58-51, in a league outing.
The Eagles now own a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Annapolis for a Western Wayne outing on Tuesday, January 24. Romulus will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 60-57 league win over Melvindale (Melvindale, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 5-5.
