Colorado High School Basketball - Legacy tops Broomfield
January 21, 2023: Broomfield, CO 80023 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Legacy Lightning (Broomfield, CO) and the visiting Broomfield Eagles (Broomfield, CO), saw Legacy's basketball squad knock off Broomfield by a count of 67-58.
With the victory, Legacy upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Lightning host Boulder (Boulder, CO) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Boulder lost 41-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Westminster (Westminster, CO)
Next up, the Eagles play the Rocky Mountain Lobos (Fort Collins, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Broomfield will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Lobos come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 42-18 non-league win over Timnath (Timnath, CO).
