California High School Basketball - Central Catholic overwhelms Central Valley
January 21, 2023: Modesto, CA 95351 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Central Catholic Raiders (Modesto, CA) and the visiting Central Valley Hawks (Ceres, CA), saw Central Catholic's basketball squad wallop Central Valley by a tally of 70-37.
With the victory, Central Catholic improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Raiders host Manteca (Manteca, CA) to confront the Buffaloes in a challenge on Wednesday, January 25. The Buffaloes come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Manteca won 56-32 in their recent league challenge against River Islands (Lathrop, CA)
Next up, the Hawks confront the Merced Bears (Merced, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, January 24. Central Valley will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record.
