Iowa High School Basketball - Dubuque Senior thwarts Crestwood
January 21, 2023: Dubuque, IA 52001 The Dubuque Senior Rams (Dubuque, IA) basketball knocked off the visiting Crestwood Cadets (Cresco, IA), 61-53 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Rams (7-9) will now prepare for their test against Prairie (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Hawks go into the Mississippi Valley test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Prairie went down by Kennedy (Cedar Rapids, IA), 45-38, in a league test.
The Cadets now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Turkey Valley for a non-league test on Monday, January 23. Crestwood will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 52-46 league loss to MFL MarMac (Monona, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 11-5.
