Dwight-Englewood Bulldogs (Englewood, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting West Milford Highlanders (West Milford, NJ), 62-46 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Dwight-Englewood upgrades its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Leonia (Leonia, NJ) to play the Lions in a North Jersey - Liberty bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 8-4. Leonia lost 49-44 in their recent league bout against New Milford (New Milford, NJ)

Next up, the Highlanders play the Wayne Hills Patriots (Wayne, NJ) in a Big North - Independence bout, on Tuesday, January 24. West Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Patriots come into the bout with a 11-1 record after their 54-39 non-league loss to Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ).
