In Saturday's non-league outing, the Hancock Owls (Hancock, MN) basketball squad edged the visiting Lac qui Parle Valley Eagles (Madison, MN), by a margin of 65-60.

The Owls (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley (Graceville, MN). The Wolverines go into the A Section 6 outing with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley was tipped by Arlington (Arlington, SD), 63-44, in a non-league outing.
