Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Lake-Lehman fells Montrose
January 21, 2023: Lehman, PA 18627 Lake-Lehman Knights (Lehman, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Montrose Meteors (Montrose, PA), 40-22 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lake-Lehman upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA) to clash with the Royals in a Wyoming Valley 2 bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Royals go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Holy Redeemer won 76-17 in their recent non-league bout against Hanover Area (Hanover Township, PA)
Next up, the Meteors clash with the Lakeland Chiefs (Jermyn, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 26. Montrose will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Chiefs go into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 55-54 league loss to Riverside (Taylor, PA).
