Indiana High School Basketball - Northeastern trounces Blue River Valley
January 21, 2023: Fountain City, IN 47341 The Northeastern Knights (Fountain City, IN) basketball crushed the visiting Blue River Valley Vikings (Mt. Summit, IN), 56-34 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Knights (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Cambridge City Lincoln (Cambridge City, IN). The Golden Eagles go into the test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Cambridge City Lincoln was trounced by Northeastern (Fountain City, IN), 57-15, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Seton Catholic for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24. Blue River Valley will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 72-33 non-league win over Cowan (Muncie, IN). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-5.
