January 21, 2023: Santa Teresa, NM 88021 The Santa Teresa Desert Warriors basketball team (Santa Teresa, NM), was routed 47-12 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM)
The Rockets now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Mexico Military Institute for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 24.
The Desert Warriors (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Artesia (Artesia, NM). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Artesia was routed by Hobbs (Hobbs, NM), 52-39, in a non-league battle.
