Delaware High School Basketball - Archmere Academy can't hold off St. Mark's
January 21, 2025: Wilmington, DE 19808 St. Mark's Spartans (Wilmington, DE) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Archmere Academy Auks (Claymont, DE), 53-46 in a non-league match.
With the victory, St. Mark's upgrades its record to 6-1 on the year. The Spartans host Red Lion Christian Academy (Bear, DE) to face the Lions in a Freelance match on Thursday, January 23. The Lions enter the match with a record of 2-6.
The Auks now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to MOT Charter for a Diamond State match on Thursday, January 23. Archmere Academy will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 54-52 non-league loss to Dickinson (Wilmington, DE). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-3.
