With the victory, West Union advances its record to 19-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to Houlka (Houlka, MS) to meet the Wildcats in a 1A Region 4 battle on Friday, January 24. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 14-6. Houlka lost 56-45 in their recent league battle against West Lowndes (Columbus, MS)
