January 21, 2025: Sacramento, CA 95842 Trinity Christian Eagles (Sacramento, CA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Winters Warriors (Winters, CA), 49-36 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Trinity Christian advances its record to 16-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Aspire Alexander Twilight Secondary Academy (Sacramento, CA) to meet the Lions in a non-league match on Thursday, January 23. The Lions enter the match with a record of 10-5. Aspire Alexander Twilight Secondary Academy lost 73-69 in their recent non-league match against Creative Connections Arts Academy (North Highlands, CA)
The Warriors now own a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colusa for a Sacramento Valley match on Friday, January 24. Winters will meet a RedHawks squad coming off a 66-39 league win over Willows (Willows, CA). The RedHawks record now stands at 7-11.
