In Tuesday's league contest, the host Gem State Adventist Academy Jaguars basketball team scored a close 29-22 triumph over the North Star Huskies.

The Jaguars (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Victory Charter (Nampa, ID). The Vipers go into the 2A Western Idaho contest with a 5-10 record.

The Huskies now own a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Notus for a 2A Western Idaho battle on Friday, January 24. North Star will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 52-36 league loss to Centennial Baptist (Caldwell, ID). The Pirates record now stands at 2-12.
