The Sickles Gryphons basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Wharton Wildcats to 39 in the Gryphons non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Gryphons now have a 14-7 record. They play next when they travel to Chamberlain for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22. Sickles will confront a Storm team coming off a 52-35 league win over Jefferson (Tampa, FL). The Storm record now stands at 16-3.

With the loss, Wharton falls to 11-8 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Riverview (Riverview, FL) to confront the Sharks in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22.
