January 21, 2025: Shreveport, LA 71101 Loyola College Prep Flyers (Shreveport, LA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Evangel Christian Academy Eagles (Shreveport, LA), 8-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Loyola College Prep moves its record to 17-4 on the campaign. The Flyers host Byrd (Shreveport, LA) to clash with the Yellow Jackets in a non-league test on Thursday, January 23. The Yellow Jackets come into the test with a record of 10-3. Byrd 1-1 in their recent non-league test against Mt. Carmel (New Orleans, LA)
The Eagles now sport a 1-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Natchitoches Central for a non-league test on Thursday, January 23. Evangel Christian Academy will clash with a Chiefs team coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to North DeSoto (Stonewall, LA). The Chiefs record now stands at 2-7.
