Indiana High School Basketball - Greenwood Christian Academy nips Oldenburg Academy
January 22, 2022: Oldenburg, IN 47036 Greenwood Christian Academy Cougars (Greenwood, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Oldenburg Academy Twisters (Oldenburg, IN), 47-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Greenwood Christian Academy upgrades its record to 8-8 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to International (Indianapolis, IN) to play the Gryphons in a Pioneer - South bout on Monday, January 31. The Gryphons come into the bout with a record of 2-9.
Next up, the Twisters play the Franklin County Wildcats (Brookville, IN) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 26. Oldenburg Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 11-2 record after their 69-56 non-league win over North Decatur (Greensburg, IN).
