Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Seneca Valley falls to North Catholic
January 22, 2022: Harmony, PA 16037 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting North Catholic Trojans basketball team scored a good 70-57 triumph over the Seneca Valley Raiders.
In their next game, the Trojans meet the Riverside Panthers (Ellwood City, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 1 match, on Monday, January 24. North Catholic will attempt to move on its 13-1 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 5-11 record after their 49-36 non-league win over Cornell (Coraopolis, PA).
With the defeat, Seneca Valley moves to 6-7 on the year. The Raiders host Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA) to meet the Rams in a WPIAL 6A 1 match on Tuesday, January 25. The Rams enter the match with a record of 8-7. Pine-Richland lost 75-61 in their recent non-league match against Central Catholic (Pittsburgh, PA)
