Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Charles ripped by Triton
January 22, 2022: Dodge Center, MN 55927 The Triton Cobras basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting St. Charles Fighting Saints to 46 in the Cobras league triumph on Saturday.
The Cobras now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Randolph for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 25. Triton will battle a Rockets team coming off a 71-63 non-league loss to New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva (New Richland, MN). The Rockets record now stands at 5-13.
The Fighting Saints (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Rushford-Peterson was routed by Dover-Eyota (Eyota, MN), 78-53, in a non-league contest.
