Texas High School Soccer - Grapevine nudges Sachse
January 22, 2022: Grapevine, TX 76051 Grapevine Mustangs (Grapevine, TX) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Sachse Mustangs (Sachse, TX), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Colleyville Heritage Panthers (Colleyville, TX) in a 5A Region 1 District 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 25. Grapevine will attempt to better on its 10-0 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Lamar (Arlington, TX).
The Mustangs now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wylie for a 6A Region 2 District 9 challenge on Tuesday, January 25.
