New Hampshire High School Basketball - Conant tops Belmont
January 22, 2024: Jaffrey, NH 03452 Conant Orioles (Jaffrey, NH) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Belmont Red Raiders (Belmont, NH), 58-38 in a league bout.
With the victory, Conant upgrades its record to 12-0 on the campaign. The Orioles host Gilford (Gilford, NH) to play the Golden Eagles in a Division III bout on Thursday, January 25. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a record of 6-6. Gilford lost 55-45 in their recent league bout against Kearsarge (North Sutton, NH)
Next up, the Red Raiders play the Newfound Regional Bears (Bristol, NH) in a Division III bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Belmont will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Bears come into the bout with a 1-10 record after their 89-38 league loss to Mascoma (Canaan, NH).
