New York High School Basketball - Lansingburgh thwarts Stillwater
January 22, 2024: Stillwater, NY 12170 The Lansingburgh Knights (Troy, NY) basketball knocked off the host Stillwater Warriors (Stillwater, NY), 62-53 in Monday's non-league test.
The Knights (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Cohoes (Cohoes, NY). The Tigers go into the Section 2 Colonial - Patriot test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, Cohoes went down by Ichabod Crane (Valatie, NY), 53-50, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 13-1 record. They play next when they host Mechanicville for a Section 2 Wasaren - A test on Wednesday, January 24. Stillwater will encounter a Red Raiders squad coming off a 79-45 non-league win over Lake George (Lake George, NY). The Red Raiders record now stands at 12-2.
