January 22, 2024: Liberty Center, IA 50145 In Monday's non-league outing, the Saydel Eagles (Des Moines, IA) basketball squad beat the host Southeast Warren Warhawks (Liberty Center, IA), by a count of 69-49.
The Eagles (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against Prairie City-Monroe (Monroe, IA). The Mustangs go into the Heart of Iowa - Large outing with a 7-7 record. In their last outing, Prairie City-Monroe defeated West Marshall (State Center, IA), 55-43, in a league outing.
The Warhawks now hold a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Wayne for a Pride of Iowa outing on Tuesday, January 23. Southeast Warren will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 68-61 league loss to Central Decatur (Leon, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 8-6.
