January 22, 2025: Florissant, MO 63031 The Belleville East Lancers (Belleville, IL) basketball crushed the host McCluer Comets (Florissant, MO), 82-27 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Lancers now possess a 14-5 record. They play next when they travel to Althoff Catholic for a non-league bout on Friday, January 24. Belleville East will play a Crusaders team coming off a 71-61 non-league win over Belleville West (Belleville, IL). The Crusaders record now stands at 16-4.
With the loss, McCluer falls to 0-15 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Collinsville (Collinsville, IL) to play the Kahoks in a non-league bout on Friday, January 24. The Kahoks go into the bout with a record of 10-10. Collinsville won 73-29 in their recent non-league bout against Sumner (St. Louis, MO)
