With the victory, Genoa-Kingston advances its record to 10-9 on the year. The Cogs travel to Byron (Byron, IL) to meet the Tigers in a Big Northern battle on Friday, January 24. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 13-4. Byron won 87-71 in their recent non-league battle against Lutheran (Rockford, IL)
The Hurricanes now own a 7-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Timothy Christian for a Chicagoland Christian battle on Friday, January 24. Marian Central Catholic will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 39-35 league win over Aurora Christian (Aurora, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 7-13.
