With the victory, Midland advances its record to 6-13 on the year. The Timberwolves host Marquette (Ottawa, IL) to meet the Crusaders in a Tri-County battle on Friday, January 24. The Crusaders enter the battle with a record of 9-11. Marquette lost 67-54 in their recent non-league battle against Newark (Newark, IL)
The Flying Geese now own a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Knoxville for a Lincoln Trail battle on Friday, January 24. Wethersfield will meet a Blue Bullets squad coming off a 74-33 non-league loss to Orion (Orion, IL). The Blue Bullets record now stands at 0-18.
