With the victory, North Kansas City advances its record to 8-6 on the year. The Hornets host Park Hill (Kansas City, MO) to meet the Trojans in a non-league battle on Monday, January 27. The Trojans enter the battle with a record of 9-5.
The Guardians now own a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Teresa's Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 4.
