Arizona High School Soccer - Shadow Ridge nudges West Point
January 22, 2025: Surprise, AZ 85388 Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Shadow Ridge Stallions (Surprise, AZ) and the visiting West Point Dragons (Avondale, AZ), saw Shadow Ridge's soccer squad hold off West Point by a count of 3-2.
The Stallions (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Liberty (Peoria, AZ). The Lions enter the non-league battle with a 0-0 record. In their last battle, Liberty Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ), 2-2, in a league battle.
Next up, the Dragons confront the Boulder Creek Jaguars (Anthem, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Monday, January 27. West Point will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Jaguars enter the battle with a 4-4 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ).
